You must be at least 13 years of age to use ApologetiQ. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you affirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
3. AI Educational Disclaimer
ApologetiQ uses artificial intelligence to generate debate opponents, evaluations, courses, and community content. AI outputs are educational aids, not authoritative theology. All AI content is best-effort and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying claims against Scripture and their local church leadership. AI can never replace pastoral guidance, personal prayer, or the fellowship of the body of Christ.
4. Acceptable Use & Community Rights
You agree to speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), refrain from profanity, personal attacks, doxxing, harassment, or content that dishonors the body of Christ. Flocc LLC reserves the sole right to moderate, edit, or remove any content, and to warn, suspend, or ban any account, without notice.
5. DMCA / Takedown
To report copyright infringement, email support@apologetiq.site with the URL, the alleged infringement, and proof of ownership. We honor legitimate DMCA notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.
6. Intellectual Property
All ApologetiQ branding, code, and course content are © Flocc LLC. User-generated content remains the property of the user; by posting, you grant Flocc LLC a non-exclusive worldwide license to display it within the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flocc LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ApologetiQ. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service, if any.
8. Modifications
Flocc LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance.
